Our leadership team comprises seasoned experts from premier global institutions including Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley, and China Renaissance, dedicated to integrating decades of international financial expertise with deep industrial insights in life sciences and healthcare to deliver exceptional cross-border financial advisory services.
Co-founder and former CEO/Chairman of China Renaissance. With a background at Credit Suisse, he possesses over 20 years of experience in healthcare investment banking, having led more than 140 landmark transactions. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree with Honors in Economics from the University of Sydney.
Kevin XIE (謝屹璟)
Extensive experience in international capital markets, with a career spanning Morgan Stanley, Lincoln International, and Rosewood Hotel Group. He holds a Master of Art from Kyoto University and a Bachelor of Art from Princeton University.
Joe CHANG (張書銘)
Brings a unique dual background in medical research and investment banking. Previously served at Yunnan Baiyao, China Renaissance, Illumina, and Massachusetts General Hospital, with a focus on the life sciences sector. He holds a Ph.D. in Genetics from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor of Medicine from Fudan University Shanghai Medical College.
Dr. Byron LUO (羅璽)
Brings a unique dual background in finance and industry. Previously served at WuXi AppTec and China Renaissance, with a deep focus on the life sciences sector. He holds a Master of Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Biological Science from Fudan University.
Elvin WANG (王錚)
Extensive experience in corporate management and capital markets, with a career spanning Nidec Group and Orient Capital. He holds a Master of Science in Marketing from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Accounting from Saint Louis University.
